Why On boarding Customers is the Most Crucial Part of Growth?


Is it only categorized by volume of signups coming to our product? or do anyone has any suggestion?

If your customer doesn’t understand how to proceed further after the sign-up, then your product will never succeed. This is why customer on boarding is so crucial. Provide enough information, and give them handy feedbacks across every screen until they use all features, or for 3 days.

Once they are habituated your product will progress.
